National Overhaul Warranty ( NOW ) Program description and guide lines. Complete engine disassembly and assembly. Parts reuse guidelines, Warranted components, components inspections and guidelines. This class is required to become Qualified to perform ISX NOW Overhauls.

Insite (Service & Diagnostic Tool) is used to program, diagnoise & troubleshoot all Cummins electronically controlled engines. Workorder images, Feature & Parameter adjustments, Data logging, Calibration Transfers are all included in this class. Students are encouraged to bring their own laptop computers to use in class.

Course covers QSB / QSC / QSL / QSM11 Marine Engines. Marine application familiarization / ratings / nomenclature are covered. Emphasis is placed on the fuel systems: Cummins & Bosch High Pressure Common Rail & Cummins Celect and Electronic Controls including Smart Craft Electronic Control - Wiring ---Troubleshooting.

Course covers the Cummins PT (Pressure / Time) Fuel System. This was the primary fuel system from the 1950,s until 1994 in Automotive applications, it is still in used in some Industrial and Marine applications. STC (Step Timing Controled) Injectors are included. Centry is the electronicaly contoled version of the PT Fuel System applied to Industrial & Marine Engines. Familiarization and Troubleshooting of these are emphasized.
